Royal Dunes has been welcoming families to Hilton Head Island for decades. We’re a small, independent resort in the Port Royal community where the golf course meets the ocean – what we call our “course to coast” location.

We offer both vacation rentals and vacation ownership with the same approach: personal attention, straightforward communication, and genuine interest in making sure people enjoy their time here.

Most ownership weeks are already sold and rarely come back on the market. Many owners have been with us for over twenty years. Some own multiple weeks or entire months. Our staff knows owners by name – no call center transfers.
